About

Pacific Real Estate Institute is a members-only organization made up of senior-level real estate professionals in the Pacific Northwest.

We offer opportunities for continuing education and host meetings at which members can interact and exchange ideas, further their knowledge on topics of interest, and have the opportunity to engage with guests and speakers.

Pacific Real Estate Institute was formed as a Washington nonprofit corporation on June 6, 1989. It is governed by a Board of Trustees, with specific events, projects and programs undertaken by committees comprised of volunteers from the Institute’s board and membership.

Dinner meetings are held three to four times each year, preceded by a social hour. The dinner programs feature regionally or nationally known speakers. Topics are diverse and have spanned national capital markets, micro and macro economic indicators, regional and local transportation issues, the political landscape and real estate education at the university level.
